House Keeping Supervisor
Requirements:

Minimum D3 (all majors) preferably experience working in Housekeeping.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in Shopping Mall or Property Management and preferably in the same position.

Able to operate computer and Microsoft Office system.

Know the service standards of Housekeeping and Pest Control.
Responsibilities:
-
Organize work plans, maintenance, and area supervision of all Housekeeping Department work and equipment related to: Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Sanitation & Hygiene.

Periodically check the work program schedule and recapitulation of Housekeeping vendor reports that have been made including: Daily Work Plan, Weekly Work Plan, Biweekly Work Plan, Monthly Work Plan and Annual Work Plan.

Conduct daily inspections and ensure that every task assigned to vendors can run well, precisely and in accordance with expectations.

Provide direction on methods or procedures for carrying out the tasks carried out to vendors to achieve maximum results and expected standards.
