Fit Out Staff

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the same fields especially in Property Business/ Real Estate.
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D, 4D
Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Understand the duties and responsibilities in the field of fit out tenant space.
Have a good knowledge about Fit Out SOP
Have a good communication skills to coordinate with relevant departments regarding tenant administration requirements that must be met before and after the unit operates.
Have Good Problem Solving & Handling complaints.
