Facility Supervisor

Job Qualification

- Candidate must process at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Hotel & Hospitality preffered.

- Good Communication (written and verbal) in Bahasa and English.

- At least 2 year of working experience as Facility Staff at Property / Real Estate / Apartment / Hospitality.

- Good knowledge in communication, complaint handling, relationship management.

- Have Building services knowledge especially Apartment.

- Service Oriented, willingness to learn, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Representative, friendly and caring manner

Job Description

- Able to handle complaint, request and expectation from tenant/owner.

- Maintain records, inventory of equipments, prepares reports related to the work.

- Conducts inspections to ensure that facilities are properly maintained.

- Arrange orders and use of all facilities for apartment residents
