GUEST SERVICE OFFICER STAFF - OFFICE
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma on Hotel and hospitality
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same field; has worked in Hospitality or Building Management Industry.
- Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
- Assist tenant when checks in the arriving and checks out in friendly and caring manner
- Answers all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner
- Handle tenant requests and complaints received from all tenants
- Follow procedures in logging and document request/complaints and other activities based on the standard provided in the property management
- Maintain good and professional relation which create good harmony in the premises
