GUEST SERVICE OFFICER STAFF - OFFICE

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma on Hotel and hospitality
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same field; has worked in Hospitality or Building Management Industry.
  • Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
  • Assist tenant when checks in the arriving and checks out in friendly and caring manner
  • Answers all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner
  • Handle tenant requests and complaints received from all tenants
  • Follow procedures in logging and document request/complaints and other activities based on the standard provided in the property management
  • Maintain good and professional relation which create good harmony in the premises
