GUEST SERVICE OFFICER STAFF - APARTMENT

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience
  • Experience in Hospitality / Property industry preferred
  • Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
  • Representative, friendly & caring manner
  • Service-oriented, willingness to learn, and has excellent communication & interpersonal skills Deliver service excellence

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and record tenant comments by telephone or in person
  • Follow procedures in logging and document request / feedback and other activities based on the standard provided in the property management guide
  • Receive and follow up any feedback, requests, findings from the stakeholder / unit tower / tenants.
  • Perform any other duties as required and directed by Head of Client Service or Management
