GUEST SERVICE OFFICER STAFF - APARTMENT
- A minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience in Hospitality / Property industry preferred
- Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
- Representative, friendly & caring manner
- Service-oriented, willingness to learn, and has excellent communication & interpersonal skills Deliver service excellence
- Handle and record tenant comments by telephone or in person
- Follow procedures in logging and document request / feedback and other activities based on the standard provided in the property management guide
- Receive and follow up any feedback, requests, findings from the stakeholder / unit tower / tenants.
- Perform any other duties as required and directed by Head of Client Service or Management
