- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality, health and safety, services, communication.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same position.
- Experience managing teams in high pressure of Security environment.
- Excellent knowledge in building services, building and estate security and system, health and safety, evacuation and emergency management, and all related security management services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in Bahasa and (English is optional based on assignment).
- Have security, safety, emergency handling skills, and preferred certified personnel in K3/HSE certification by local government.
- Understand and able to read, review and provide input, directions in building services, especially in security, safety and emergency related services.
- Equipped with proper equipment, can use designated equipment.
- Having security & safety related certificate (e.g.: bomb threat handling certificate).
